A freestyle group fitness workout you can do while we’re in COVID-19 lockdown

In this time of gym lockdowns I’ve decided to put my skills to good use as a fitness instructor, journalist and content producer while the COVID-19 pandemic’s ongoing.

In the Youtube video I posted is a 45 minute workout including a warm-up, low impact section, sculpt and abs.

The video is completed with some stretching exercises.
